Raised as the only child of two educators, it has always been natural for Mary to console and comfort others. While being a stay-at-home mother, Mary began working with a local funeral home in various capacities.

This work soon became a passion for Mary and she has worked in the business for more than 25 years. Mary has been married to Edward for 36 years. They are the parents of three beautiful children; Garnetta, twins Courtney, and Corey. When Mary isn't working at Nunley's she is active with her church, volunteers at the hospital, and spends time with her grandchildren.
