Virginia Lois Boyd Knighten

Virginia Lois Boyd Knighten, daughter of Oscar Austin and Ora Mae Boyd, went to sleep in death on Sunday, July 1, 2018. She was born on March 14, 1954 in Springfield, Louisiana.

Her parents relocated to Winthrop, Arkansas where she grew up and attended school. She married Johnny Dale Knighten on June 11, 1970 and they lived in Foreman, Arkansas. She moved to Broken Bow in 2008.

Lois began studying the Bible with Jehovah's Witnesses while in her 20's and became one in 1982. She loved talking about the Bible and her hope for the future.

She is survived by: Daughters, Tammy Rhodes, Johnnie Denise (David) Babcock, and Victoria (Tracy) Pannell; and six grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. Also, many relatives and friends.

The family extends an invitation for all family and friends to attend a memorial for her at 3:00 PM on Saturday, July 21, 2018 at Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses in Broken Bow, Oklahoma.
