Vincent Ray Paxton

Vincent Ray Paxton was born October 16, 1956, at McCurtain Memorial Hospital to Ophelia and Henry Paxton, who preceded him in death.  He was also preceded in death by Robert Paxton, Tom Paxton, John L. Hawkins Jr., James E. Bedford, Peter C. Hawkins (Vera), Bobbie McIntosh, Tommy Lee Paxton, Katherine Bedford, Lena Miller, Addie Colter, and Donell Wright.

Vincent graduated from Gray High School in 1974.  He went on to join the US Army National Guard.  He was honorable discharge as a Specialist E4.  Vincent was employed in various employment setting including Good Year, Welding, and a construction company.

He departed this life Monday, September 19, 2022, at McCurtain Memorial Hospital.

Vincent leaves to cherish his memory; five daughters Cindy (Phillip) Bullard, Toni (Adrian) Hill, Chanell Warhop, LaShandra Gray (Rashaad) and a purported daughter Marlisha Mosley; Grandkids Shuntrena Hankins, Tristan Hill, Jordan Hill, Makayla Russell , and purported Chase Mosley, Chazz Nolen, and Nae'Vosha Mosley; Great Grandkids Sevyn Hankins, Serenity Smith, Skylar Warren, and purported grandkids Kaiden Warren, Callie Mosley, Colbie Mosley; Siblings: Heneretta Wright, Rosie Davis, Billie Bedford, Lois Paxton, Dorothy Faye Perkins, Vennie Taylor, Clara Thornton, Jessie Paxton, Mary Paxton, and a host of nephews, nieces, and other relatives and friends.

Funeral arrangements are set for 11:00 am Saturday September 24 ^th , 2022, at Nunley Funeral Home with Pastor Jimmy Williams officiating.

Interment will follow at Williamston Cemetery, Idabel.
