Troy Lee Walker

MMFR Troy Lee (Chaytor) Walker, son of the late William Fred and Linda Walker and the late A.D. and Carrie Chaytor, was born February 10, 1970 in Foreman, Arkansas.
He was a graduate of the class of 1988 from Ashdown High School. Troy served in the U.S. Navy from July 1988 to September 1993 where he was assigned on the U.S. Eisenhower. Troy received meritorious unit commendation Navy "E" ribbon, SEA Service Deployment ribbon with star, and a National Defense service Medal with star for his Southwest Asia service.
Troy's military occupation was a Machinist Mate (Class A) school SSC NTC.
Troy united with the St. Matthew Baptist Church at an early age.
Troy leaves behind his family, friends and a very special Care Giver Kay Strickland.
A Grave Side Funeral Service is set for 11 AM Saturday February 15, 2014 at Rhodes Cemetery Ashdown, AR., with Marilyn Griffin officiating.
Final Military Honors will be presented by a Navy Honors Team
