Sharon Denise Roddy

January 25, 1956 - July 19, 2011 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma Sharon (Nessie) was called home to be with the Lord on Tuesday July 19, 2011.

She was born in Idabel, Oklahoma to the late Evelyn Jones- Frost and Marcel Thomas. Sharon (Nessie) was a very loving and kind person. She enjoyed cooking for her family, spending endless time with her grandkids, and serving in many capacities of church.

She is preceded in death by her mom Evelyn Jones Frost.

Sharon (Nessie) leaves to cherish her memory, four children; Burdell Hill, Jr., Dallas, Texas; Thomas Henry Tywon Johnson, Idabel, Oklahoma (Nicole); Rogenia Osita (Emmanuel), Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; Michael Roddy, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; eight siblings; Johnny O. Jones, Valliant, Ok; Pamela Briley, Idabel, Ok; Loretta Jones, Muskogee, Ok; Victor Jones, Texarkana, Ar; Rodney Jones, Muskogee, Ok; Teresa Wynn, Denton, Tx; Rhonda Hill, Lewisville, Tx; and Shedrick Jones, Muskogee, Ok; twelve grandchildren; one aunt, Ethel Webster, Fresno California; and five uncles, Eugene Harrell, Dallas, Texas; Willard Jones, Oklahoma City, Ok; Earl Jones, Wichita, Kansas; Robert Jones, Ardmore, Ok; and Frankie Jones, Idabel, Oklahoma; a host of nieces, nephews, and other loving friends and family.
Services will be held on Saturday, July 23, 2011 at 10:00 a.m., at the First Baptist Church (Southeast Jefferson).

Interment will follow at Oak Grove Cemetery
