Sandra Kay Weber

Mrs. Sandra K. Alexander Weber was born in July 2, 1953 to Walter and Jackie Alexander in Belleville, Illinois. She passed away peacefully in her sleep on December 12, 2015 after a 9 month battle with Cancer, at the age of 62.

In November 1974 she married her husband Rodney and they spent their early family years in Trenton, IL before moving to Valliant, OK in 1992 and later to Idabel, OK. Sandy started her career working in insurance before staying home with her kids for their early years. When she returned to work, Sandy took a position part time at Wal-Mart that later turned into a 25 year career. Her coworkers at Wal-Mart became a second family to her.

She was preceded in death by her father Walter Alexander and 1 great nephew Miles Tepfer.

Sandy is survived by her husband of 41 years Rodney Weber; two children Gifford Weber (Diane) of Goldsby, Ok and Erica Patrick (Jason)of Chickasha, OK ; one granddaughter Rowan Weber; her mother Jackie Alexander; 2 sisters Suzie Tepfer and Sally Blackshear; 7 nieces , nephews, 11 great nieces and nephews, and 1 great-great nephew.

Funeral services are set for 2 pm Thursday December 17th, at St. Francis Catholic Church 13 SE Jefferson, Idabel.

A visitation is set for Wednesday December 16, 2015 from 5-6:30 PM
The Rosary service is set for 6:30 pm, all at Nunley's Funeral Home, Idabel.

In lieu of flowers the family request that donations to be made to the American Cancer Society in Sandy's name.
