Roy Lee Andrews

Roy Lee Andrews was born November 19, 1949, to Sam and Maggie Andrews in Harris Oklahoma.  He spent most of his life working for Kellwood Company in Idabel Oklahoma before his retirement.  Roy loved his family and his children unconditionally.

He is preceded in death by his parents Sam and Maggies Andrews, Dexter Arnell Andrews (brother), Billy Joe Andrews (brother), Versie Banks (sister), Randy Jason Andrews (brother), Roy Dawan Chatman (grandson), and his longtime partner Loretta Kay Beasley.

He leaves to cherish his memory his children: David Jerome Chatman (Minnie), Andrea Camille Chatman Butler (Eric), and Tasha Chatman Edwards (Deymon) all of Oklahoma City. Roy Lamont Graves, Amarillo Texas, Jerry Hubbard, Texarkana Texas, Tameshia Booth, Dallas Texas, Corey Beasley, Idabel Oklahoma.  Siblings: Alma Jewell Hatchett, Lois Jackson (Jessie), both of Oklahoma City. Gloria Lewis, Betty Cheatham (Robert), Katherine Young, Minnie Jones (Donell), Theodis Andrews (Seniora), Patha Williams (Jimmie) all of Idabel Oklahoma. Tilma Ray Andrews, Hugo Oklahoma, and a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and friends.

Graveside services are set for 1:00 PM Saturday, September 30, 2023, at Williamston Cemetery Pavillion with Reverend Don Moore officiating.
