Oties Buddy Lee Dever

Oties Lee (Buddy) Dever, 79 was born September 6, 1940 in Dekalb, Texas to Anzia and Elnora Tolton Dever. He passed away May 27, 2020 at his home in Idabel.

Oties has been part of the Idabel community since 2008. He went to school in DEKALB TX., and worked as a Brick Mason. Oties enjoyed mechanic work, farming, cutting grass, fishing and hanging out with his friends. He was well known and respectful person who loved to smile. Oties loved his family and worked very hard keep the family together.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Randy, Lessie, and Lee Dever.

Oties leaves to cherish his memory his wife Bobbye of the home, children; Michael (Mirlyn) Pam, Carla, and Shelia Dever all of Wichita Falls Tx., Sandra, and Rita Burris, Joey Dever (Amanda), Lorance, and Marvel Dever (Cella), all of Idabel, many grand, and great Grandchildren.

A Grave Side service is set for 11:00 am Saturday at Beaver Dam Cemetery, Dekalb, Texas with Pastor Jimmy Williams officiating.
