Marsha Ramsey

Marsha Ann Ramsey passed away from this life on October 25, 2021, at home surrounded by family and loved ones.  She was the 1st born daughter of Mary Ramsey and Frankie Jones.

Marsha was baptized at an early age and was a member of the Westside Church of Christ.

She loved spending time with her grandchildren, nieces, and nephews. Enjoyed sitting around with family and friends listening to music. If you knew Tookie, you know the rest. She was the life of the party and never missed being present when a picture was being snapped.

Marsha worked as a home health provider until her health failed.

She was preceded in death by her Mother Mary Ramsey, brother Phillip Ramsey, Grandparents Roy and Thelma Daniels, and Maggie Jones, 5 Aunts, 1 uncle, 1 grandson, 9 cousins, and the late JR Ramsey and Joe Easton.

She leaves to cherish her memories sons Kirk Bailey of Idabel, Ok, Mandela Duncan, of Oakland California, and Marshawn Bailey of Norman, Ok. Grandchildren Kamarion Bailey, Aniya Bailey, Aaden Bailey, Elijah Ricks, Miking Burris, Legend Burris, Nazir Akbar, and Brielle Bailey.

Sister Melissa Ramsey (Greg Johnson), Brothers; Franklin Jordan, and Jeffery Moore all of Idabel, Ok., Nephews; Freddie Colvin of Minden, Louisiana and Keontric Ricks (Brandy) of Idabel, Ok. Nieces; Kasandra Young and Zaidmyra Wilson of Idabel, Ok., Great-Nephew; Isaiah Ricks, Great-Niece; Royalty Colvin and Isabella Ricks. Goddaughter; Zaryiah Green, Aunts; Alma Smith, Martha Vann, Shirley Ramsey of Idabel, Ok, Bobbie and Anna Daniels of Tulsa, Ok., Uncle; Leroy Daniels of Idabel, Ok. Special cousin Amanda Pondexter. A long-time friend of 25 years Lamiko Winston.

Services are set for November 4, 2021, at 12:00 pm at Bypass Church of Christ with Rev. Kevin Haywood officiating.

Interment will follow at Williamston Cemetery
