He is preceded in death by his parents, Pal Marion and Juanita Chessher Blair of Swink, Oklahoma.
He is survived by his wife: Mildred (Cooper) Blair, two sons: Ty of Swink, Oklahoma and Quaylan Blair of Hugo, Oklahoma; 1 sister: Avis (Blair) Dahl (Edward) of Swink, Oklahoma; Daughters-in-law; Judy McDaniel Blair, Jessica Patterson Blair, Eva Rebik, and LaRinda Slaton Blair. seven grandchildren: Jennifer of Ft. Towson;
Brittany Blair Younts, Golden, Oklahoma; Ben, Alayana and Shyanne Patterson of Hugo, Oklahoma; Marc and Jasmin Blair, Indianola, Oklahoma; one great-grandchild Victoria Blair of Ft. Towson, and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
A Grave Side Funeral Service is set for 2:00 pm Friday May 15, 2015 at the Swink Cemetery.
A visitation is scheduled for Thursday from 6-8 at the funeral home
