Lorine Braxton

Lorine Braxton of Idabel, OK passed away in Paris, TX Tuesday June 1, 2021.

Lorine was born August 27, 1934, to the late Walter and Ada Gray. She departed her life on June 1, 2021.

Lorine enjoyed cooking and making quilts for her grandchildren. She loved being around family. She also loved her congregation of brothers and sisters at the Kingdom Hall. Lorine was baptized, June 22, 2019, as one of Jehovah's Witnesses. She was always willing to help anyone no matter the reason. Lorine will be truly missed.

She was preceded in death by her parents, two sons, OZ and Charles Braxton, four sisters, and five brothers.

She leaves to cherish her memories five sisters, four brothers, five daughters; Vickie, Cynthia, Phyllis Braxton (Anthony) of Oklahoma City OK; Victoria Taylor (Jeffery) of Idabel; Patricia Thomas of Amarillo, TX, five sons; Robert E. Braxton of Amarillo, TX, James Braxton (Vonda) of Idabel, OK, Glen Braxton (Charlene) of Oklahoma City, OK, Chris and Marcus Braxton (Maranda) all of Oklahoma City, OK, and a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren along with family and friends.

A Graveside Service is set for 11:00 a.m. Friday, June 11, 2021, at Williamston Cemetery, Idabel with Brother Steve Chapman officiating.

Interment will follow at Williamston Cemetery
