Mrs. Lillian Crutchfield was born on June 5, 1919 in Prescott, Arkansas to the parents of Mary & Jack Richardson, who has preceded her in death.

She married Manuel Crutchfield, and from this union, they had seven children.

She was preceded in death by her husband: one daughter Bobby Galloway; three brothers, Quincy Richardson, C.J. Richardson, Jack Richardson, Jr. and one sister, Elsie Matthew.

Mrs. Crutchfield accepted Christ into her life at an early age and was a member of Spring Hill Baptist Church where she served faithfully until her health began to fail.

She was a loving wife and wonderful mother, who welcomed anyone into her home. She was a homemaker and always helped people in the community. She enjoyed cooking (making tea-cakes) sewing (dresses for all the ladies) and quilting.

Mrs. Crutchfield leaves to cherish her memories her children J.C. Crocket (Jean) of Idabel, OK – Jimmy Crutchfield, Idabel, OK, Charlene Crutchfield, St. Paul, MN, Charlie Mae Higgins (Raymond) of Lancaster, TX., Johnia Harris (W.L.) of Cedar Hill, TX., and Jaunita Piggee of Lancaster, TX.; one sister, Arcemie, Dillihunt, Tulare, California, many nieces, nephews, grandchildren, great grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, other relatives, and a host of friends,

Funeral services are set for 1 pm Saturday October 27, 2012 at Spring Hill Missionary Baptist Church with Rev. AW Gulley officiating.

Interment will follow at Williamston Cemetery

The only viewing prior to the funeral will be Friday October 26, 2012 from 5-7 pm here at the funeral home.
