Kenneth Ray Lewis was born October 1, 1952 to Lonnie B. Lewis, Sr. and Dorothy Christine Scott. He went to be with his Heavenly Father on Saturday, August 29, 2015. He was a resident of Hill Nursing Home at his time of death.

Mr. Lewis was a devoted brother, father, uncle, grandfather and dear friend. He attended Idabel Public Schools. He changed his life and was baptized and rededicated his life to Christ and became a member of Calvary in Edmond, Oklahoma. In 2014 he retired from Edmond Feed & Grain.

He is preceded in death by: his father, Lonnie B. Lewis, Sr.; mother, Dorothy Christine (Scott) Lewis; brother, Willard James (Bull) Lewis; sisters, Peggy L. (Lewis) Thomas, Jerri L. (Scott) Lewis, and Jacklyon Ann (Lewis) Mosley; grandparents, Lon & Pinki Lewis and Abner & Dathula Scott.

Those Kenneth leaves to cherish his memories include: his step-mother Rosie Lewis (Jones), two daughters, Crystal Lewis of Oklahoma City, OK; Kendra (Lewis) Gray & husband James Gray of Scroggins, TX. Ten grandchildren; Dominga Lewis, Malik Lewis, Deryiono Lewis, Latasha Brooks, Ronald Brooks Jr., Laron Brooks, Tre-von Brooks, all of Oklahoma City, Eric Belonga, Jamison and Jackson Gray all of Scroggins TX,. three brothers, Wilbert D. Lewis of Ft. Worth, TX, Johnny Wayne Lewis, Sr. and wife Velma Lewis, and Lonnie B. Lewis Jr. all of Idabel, OK. Along with a host of nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews, great-great nieces and nephews, other relatives and dear friends.

Funeral arrangements are set for 11 am Friday at Community Faith Missionary Baptist Church, Idabel, OK with Rev Kevin Haywood officiating.

Interment will follow at Macedonia, Cemetery, Idabel, OK..
