Kenneth Bell was born on June 30, 1937, in Idabel to Benny Avery and Mary Bell Wallace. He passed away Dec 2, 2018 at the Grace Living Center in Del City, Oklahoma.
He grew up in Idabel and attended Booker T. Washington before moving to California. He was affectionally called "KC" and lived in several states and enjoyed life to the fullest.
A private inurnment will take place at a later date.
