Karisu Crane was born on December 4, 1960 in Beaver, Oklahoma to Alvin Crane and Shirley Winchester. She passed away peacefully in her home in Idabel surrounded by loved ones on Friday, December 7 , 2018.
Karisu was the store manager at EZ Mart #562 in Idabel. She lived her life to the fullest. She loved her son, Cody, and her three grandchildren with all that she had. She loved spending time with her grandchildren and enjoyed watching them play baseball and softball. She loved taking them for rides on her wheelchair up and down the street. Above all, she loved to spoil her grandchildren, her son, and daughter-in-law.
Karisu was the kindest person anyone could meet and she seldom met strangers. She loved to out-fish her son for perch and watch him clean all the fish. She loved making homemade noodles and sometimes made up an occasion to make them. She was the type of person who would give a stranger her last dime and ask nothing in return.
Karisu was preceded in death by her father, Alvin Crane; step-father, Ray Choat; brother, Alvin Wayne Crane; grandparents, William Willis Winchester and Ruth Winchester and a host of other relatives whom she loved.
Karisu leaves to cherish her memories, son, Cody Williston and wife Ashley; three grandchildren whom she loved dearly, Raele i gh Elaine, Riley Allen, and Hallie Jade Williston, all of Idabel, Oklahoma; mother, Shirley Choat of Idabel; brother, Kenneth Crane and wife Darla of Idabel; sister, Becky Gonzales and husband Frank; nephews, Kenny Mark Crane and wife Christy, Christopher Crane and wife Mikki, and Brandon Crane and wife Camille, all of Idabel.
