Joseph Cannon

Joseph Cannon was born in Lake View, New Jersey on November 29, 1952, the son of the late JC and Delores (Pruette) Cannon. He passed away March 23, 2013 at Memorial Heights Nursing Home in Idabel, Oklahoma.
He was trained and worked in New Jersey for a number of years as a Maintenance Mechanic. As a hobby he really loved to restore old cars.
Joseph married his wife Jackie in June of 1990 and was happily married for twenty three years.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
He leaves to cherish his memory: his wife of the home; one daughter Jennifer Cannon of Wisconsin; two sons, David Ellison of Dallas, Texas and Johnny Lacy of Aurora Pass, Texas; special granddaughters Michelle Hagger of Quitman, Texas, Tabatha Hagger of Idabel, Oklahoma and Melissa Hagger of Corsicana, Texas: 14 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.
The Cannon family had a private Ceremony Monday March 25, 2013 at 9:00 am at the funeral home.
A private Inurnment will take place at a later date.
