Floyd E. Wimberly

Floyd E. Wimbley of Eagletown, OK passed away October 5, 2018 at Wadley Regional Hospital in Texarkana, TX., with his wife at his side.

Floyd was born August 6, 1933 in Eagletown OK where he lived most of his life. Floyd worked for Weyerhaeuser until his health failed him in 1982.

He was preceded in death by: Parents, Fred Sr., and Lovie Brown Wimbley. Brothers, Ervin Gable, J. C., James, Tolison, Fred Jr., and Larkin Wimbley. Sisters, Mable Owens and Virginia Clayton. Stepdaughter, Linda Bell.

He leaves to cherish his memory: Wife, Eddie Rose. Two sons, Cardell Kennon (Brenda) of Oklahoma City, OK and Daryl Burris of Idabel. Son-in-law, Eric Bell of Kansas City, KS. Three grandchildren, Cardijah, Kennon, Niclole and Tyrone Bell.

Also surviving are eight great-grandchildren, and 1 great, great, grandchild; his special nieces Mildred Cherry and Hattie Young, and a host of cousins, nephews, nieces and friends.
