It was on Saturday, June 27,2020 at approximately 5:45a.m. The Lord quietly spoke in Sis. Edna Mae Scroggins ear and said, "Come my Child, Victory is thine". You have fought a good fight, you have finished your course, and you have kept the faith. Your wings, your crown, your mansion awaits you.
Sister Edna Mae Scroggins was born July 3, 1939 in Tom, OK to the parentage of Arthur and Myrtle Nash and was the youngest of 8 children.
She was a member of New Dora Missionary Baptist Church, where she served faithfully as Sunday School Superintendent and a member of the Missionary Society until her health began to fail.
She received her formal education from Riverside School in Harris, OK and graduated from there in 1959.
On February 21, 1969 she married Felix Scroggins and remained faithful to her vows until his death in 1999
She was a homemaker until 1974 when she became an employee of Mountaire / Pilgrim's Pride in DeQueen, AR. After 26 years of service she retired in 2000.
Sis. Scroggins is preceded in death by her parents, three sisters: May Lene, and Lillie Mae Nash, and Jessie B. Davis. Four Brothers: Jamie, John Arthur (JA), Ira, and C.L. Nash.
She leaves to cherish her memory 4 children: Donald Nash (Rhonda) Duncanville, TX, Michael Nash(Michelle), Texarkana, AR, Felix Nash and Tammie Scoggins, Tom, OK. 1 Sister: Laura Chester, Dallas, TX. and 8 Grandchildren. Also her extended family which includes great grandchildren, Step children, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

A Grave Side Service is set for 11am Friday morning July 3 rd , 2020 at St. Luke Cemetery, Tom, OK., with Rev. Robert Nance, Jr., officiating.
The family will receive friends Thursday evening July 2 nd , from 6-8 at the funeral home.
