Dennie Lowe

d. January 8, 2016

Dennie Lowe was born June 20, 1959 in Idabel, Oklahoma to the parents of Odie B. Lowe Sr. and Elzada Mask-Lowe. He was the 8th child of 11 children born to this union. He passed away January 8, 2016 in Dallas, Texas

Dennie Lowe attended Rose Hill Missionary Baptist Church during hill childhood years where he accepted Christ at an early age. He attended Public School in Idabel, graduating from Gray High School in 1977. Upon graduation, he immediately moved to Seattle Washington. There he began a course curriculum at the Seattle Occupational Industrial Center (SOIC) which he completed in 1979. Upon completion from there he was licensed and accepted employment at Boeing, where he worked for many years until the mid-90's. He then began his employment for L-3 Communications, contracted by the United States Department of Corporation. During his many years of employment there he was elevated to supervisor and was sent to work in many areas of the country. In 2013 his health began to fail which forced him into an early retirement.

Dennie had an infectious laugh and smile and could bring life to wherever he was.. He was a sharp dresser and loved to travel, meet new people, listen to "old school" music, attend social events such as his school and community reunions. But foremost; he was a family man and enjoyed every opportunity with them. He loved all of his family, especially his children and grandchildren. No matter how he felt he always found a way to communicate and stay in touch.

Dennie will be sorely missed but the will of the Lord is accepted, and it is understood that God will provide peace that surpasses all understanding along with comfort like no one else during such difficult time.

He is preceded in death by his parents, maternal and paternal grandparents, brothers; Curtis Lowe, and Herron Lowe, sisters; Tammy Lowe and Pamela Lowe-Moss, and his granddaughter Najaiyla Lowe.

Dennie leaves the following to cherish his memories; Ms. Revonda Johnson of the home (Garland, TX) his sons; Dennie Alexander Lowe, Jonathan Lowe; his daughters Teroshua Lowe, Lashunda Lowe-Thomas and Demarest Harris, his grandchildren; Najai, Mykell, Jaylen, Ny'Love, Kezionea, Latricia, Kezion, Keshai, and Mack all of Seattle Washington, brothers; Michael (Sebrena) Lowe of Rowlett, TX. Derell (Darlene) Lowe Sr., of Texarkana, TX. Vernon Dale (Cynthia) of Vacaville, CA., Alford (Faye) Lowe Sr. of Seattle, WA. Cletis Lowe Sr., and Odie Lowe Jr., both of McAlester, OK., also left to cherish his memories Whitney Johnson, Edwin (Ty) Johnson, Ti'Ana, Te'Davone, Trystan, Serinity, and Trynity, his former co-workers, Gray High School Class of 1977 and a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins. We all loved Dennie tremendously, but God loved him best. No more pain and suffering to endure, he's now home taking a rest.
