Demetrice Lashan Moss

Demetrice LaShan Moss was born on May 5,1974 in Idabel, Ok to Charlesetta Beard. She departed this life on Wednesday November 15, 2023, in Idabel, Ok.

Dee gave her life to Christ at an early age. She grew up in the Maple Spring Community living with her grandmother Mary Beard where she learned how to do what she loved to do. She graduated from Idabel High School in 1992. After graduating from school, she went to work at Tyson Foods Inc. until she became ill.

Dee loved to crochet, craft, cook, dance, and have a good time with her grandchildren. Dee was an Oklahoma City Thunder fan.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents Carvin Sr. and Mary Beard, two aunts Rosie Beard and Lessie Hill: and two uncles Carvin Jr. and Tommy Beard.

She leaves to cherish her memories her mother Charlesetta Beard of Idabel, OK; her children's father Alvin Moss Sr. of Idabel, Ok; two daughters La'Deese Whittley and Jada(Ben) Moss all of Idabel, OK; one son Alvin(Meagan) Moss Jr. of Garvin, Ok; eight grandchildren Za'Mya, Derell III, Terell, Brielle, Bentlee, Jaylon, Kylee and Everly; two sisters Shawanna(Timothy) Dixon of Texarkana, Tx and Toni (Kevin) Rucker of Idabel, Ok; one brother Kacey(Karla) Beard of Idabel, Ok; two uncles Elfunzo and Douglas Beard of Idabel, Ok, nieces, nephews and a host of family and friends. One special cousin/friend Shymikia Haney of Oklahoma City, OK.

Her funeral is set for 12:00 on Saturday, November 25th at the Bypass Church of Christ with Dr. AW Gulley officiating.

A private Inurnment will take place at a later date.
