Debra Dell (Ingram) Mosley

Debra Dell (Ingram) Mosley was born on September 29, 1952 to M.W. and Argie Ingram in Hugo, Oklahoma. The Lord called her home on November 5, 2017 at Norman Regional Hospital in Norman, Oklahoma.

She attended Riverside School until integration forced its closure. Then she attended school in Haworth and graduated from Haworth High School in 1970. She was employed by the Central Tribes of the Shawnee Area from 1997 – 2007.

Debra was preceded in death by her parents; sister, Lavern Ingram; sons, Baby Boy Mosley and William Mosley III.

Remembering with love are: Children, Nichelle (Shawn) Smitherman of Norman, Oklahoma; Megan Mosley of Norman; Francesca (Michael) Wright of Grand Prairie, Texas; Jessica (Chris) Mitchell of Moore, Oklahoma, and Earl Mosley III of Moore, Oklahoma. Sisters, Verna (Kenneth) Cotton, Cynthia Norwood, Aynell Colbert, JoAnn (Willie) Hall, Teresa (Reggie) Willis, and Rebecca Brown. Brothers, Donald Giddens, Fred Ingram, Jonathon Willis, Mitchell Norwood, and James Norwood. Also, two granddaughters and nine grandsons; and a host of cousins and other family and friends.

The service is set for Saturday, November 11, 2017, 2 P.M. at Antioch Missionary Baptist Church in Harris, Oklahoma. Minister Sylvia Watson Baker will officiate.  Interment will follow at Antioch Cemetery, Harris.
