Cleveland Ramsey

Cleveland Alexander Ramsey passed from this life Saturday, May 6, 2023, in Broken Bow, Ok at the age of 30. He was born December 12, 1992, in Oklahoma City, OK. He was the son of Rhonda Ramsey-Cheatham and Cleveland Phillips.

Cleveland had the biggest heart for any and everybody. He made sure everyone was OK. His words were "You Good." He enjoyed spending time with family and friends. When he wasn't playing ball, he devoted the rest of his time to coaching and mentoring kids in basketball and football. A great legend was taken from us too soon. He will be truly missed by his loving family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Vernell Ramsey Sr., and his uncle, Vernell Ramsey Jr. Cleveland leaves to cherish his memory his fiancée, Brittany Meddock, his children, Caden Caidleigh and Cabren Ramsey. His mother, Rhonda Ramsey-Cheatham, Marvin Cheatham (Husband of Rhonda Ramsey-Cheatham). His grandmother, Jessie Mae Ramsey. His sisters, Rashounda Ramsey and Eric Homes (Fiancé of Rashounda Ramsey) in Ada, Ok, and JaVonna Sims. His godmother, Margurette Ards, and his aunts Gwendolyn Ramsey and Megan Smith. He also leaves his extended families: Meddock's, Singleton-Smith's, Lee's, Burcham's, Battiest's and Richards' as well as a host of friends.
