Cleaster Moore was born on March 28, 1961, to Cleatus Wade
Moore and Ada Marie Moore in Idabel, Oklahoma. She was A proud
graduate of Idabel High School and accepted Christ at an early age
while attending Oak Grove Baptist Church.
Cleaster enjoyed living an independent and peaceful life,
cherishing every visit from friends and family. She loved working
crossword puzzles, saying they kept her mind sharp, and was
known for her beautiful gospel singing, which often filled her
neighborhood with joy from her garage.
On April 26, 2025, Cleaster was called to her eternal home in
Heaven, where she now sings among the angels. She was preceded
in death by her parents, Cleatus and Ada Moore; her sisters, Linda
Johnson and Vera "Peaches" Moore; and her brother, Peebo
Moore.
She leaves behind cherished memories and loving family
members: Maple Jackson of Oklahoma City, OK; Evelyn Moore and
Althea Richards of Idabel, OK; Fitzgerald Moore and Curtis Moore
of Dallas, TX—as well as a host of extended family, friends, and
neighbors whose lives she touched deeply.
Her kind heart, joyful spirit, and unwavering faith will be
remembered always.
