It is with great respect and a solemn heart that we announce the passing of Claude Patt, born on February 10, 1959, in Bagwell, Texas. Claude departed this life on April 17, 2026, at The Blossoms in Nashville, Arkansas.
Claude’s life was marked by a friendly spirit that touched many who knew him. A graduate of high school, he carried forward the values instilled in him by his upbringing, living a life that reflected kindness and warmth.
He is survived by his beloved daughter, Kaprintis Ells, of Glenn Heights TX., and 4 cherished grandchildren, Aingye Bagby of Atlanta Georgia, Astorian Walters and Ailee Ellis of Glenn Heights TX., one granddaughter, Aprintis Walters of Glenn Heights TX., one great grandson Leighton Bagby of Mansfield, TX., who brought joy to his later years. Their presence remains a lasting testament to his legacy.
Claude was preceded in death by his parents, Tenzy L. and Eva Patt, whose nurturing shaped the man he became. He also mourns in the companionship of his sisters, Nina Thomas and Shirley Williams; his brothers, Tenzy L. Patt Jr., Dean Patt, Lee E. Patt, Jessie J. Patt, and Franky J. Patt Sr.; as well as the twins Ratha and Otha Patt, all of whom now rest peacefully beyond this life.
A memorial service to honor Claude’s memory and celebrate his life will be held on May 2, 2026, from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Nunley’s Funeral Home, located at 3 NW Bois D Arc Ave, Idabel, Oklahoma, 74745. Friends and family are invited to attend, share memories, and pay their respects.
Claude Patt’s life, marked by warmth and amiability, leaves an indelible impression on all who were privileged to know him. Though he has left this earthly world, his memory continues to resonate with those whose lives he touched. His journey is remembered with reverence and deep affection.
