Clarah Bell Cooper, 59, passed away at her home in Idabel, Oklahoma on August 6, 2014. She was born February 1, 1955 in Riverside, California to Elsie Richardson Cooper and Artis Cooper, Sr.
Clarah attended Booker T Washington School here in Idabel.
She was preceded in death by: her parents; brothers, John Matthews, Jr. and Arthur Cooper; and one sister, Loraine Cooper.
Those she leaves to cherish her memories include: her brothers James Neal of McKinney, Texas, Artis Cooper, Jr. of Dallas, Texas and Willie Cooper also of Dallas, Texas, and host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. A special thanks to Frankie Scales
A private Inurnment and Ceremony will take place at a later date.
