Cellastine Smith-Williams was born to Isaac Smith and Mildred Ingram-Smith on July 8th, 1955 in Harris, Oklahoma. She went to be with her Heavenly Father on July 23, 2013 at Integris Hospital in Oklahoma City.

She attended elementary school at Riverside School in the Harris Community and graduated from Haworth High School in 1975. On January 28th, 1977, she married Robert Joe Williams Sr in New Boston, Texas. They were united in marriage for over 36 years. Robert and Cellastine were blessed in their unity with four children.

Cellastine is preceded in death by: both of her parents, Isaac and Mildred Smith; grandmother, Travis Mitchell-Ingram; grandfather, Andrew Ingram; brothers, Limmie and Jimmy Watson; and a sister, Annie Jean Smith.

She leaves to cherish her memories: her husband, Robert Joe Williams Sr. of the home; her children, David Lee Smith-Williams of Bethany, Oklahoma, Felisha Williams-Whitaker and husband Phillip of Blanchard, Oklahoma, Robert Joe Williams Jr. and wife Raquitta of Broken Bow, Oklahoma, and Earnest Williams of Blanchard, Oklahoma; nine loving grandchildren; siblings, Darnell Watson and Jerry Watson both of Broken Bow, Oklahoma, Travis Hunter of Idabel, Oklahoma, Andrew Smith of Broken Bow, Oklahoma, Isaac Smith of Okmulgee, Oklahoma, Lee Daniel Smith of Idabel, Oklahoma, Dennis Smith of Harris, Oklahoma, Priscilla Smith and Phillip Smith both of Oklahoma City; along with numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, in-laws and friends.

Funeral services are set for 2:00 pm Saturday August 3, 2013 at Antioch Missionary Church in Harris, OK. with Natanual Williams Eulogist.

Interment will follow at Antioch Cemetery.
