Carmen Wise

Carmine D. Wise was born on November 19, 1982 to Ollie Mae Wise and Theodis Wise in Idabel, Oklahoma.

He attended Idabel Public Schools and graduated from Idabel High School in 2000. Carmine also attended Kiamichi Technology Center where he studied culinary arts and masonry.

Carmine accepted the LORD as his SAVIOR at Springhill Missionary Baptist Church under the pastorship of Allen Gulley and remained an active member.

He was genuinely a loving and caring person who always joked with any and everyone around him. He loved the challenge of a good game of dominoes. He also enjoyed viewing basketball and baseball. His favorite team: Dallas Mavericks. Favorite player; Dirk Nowitzki.

Carmen also enjoyed sharing his culinary skills with family and friends. His specialty dish was spaghetti; for which he was always complimented.

Preceding him in death were his mother, Ollie Mae Wise; Grandmothers, Eva Mae Butler, Willie Mae Wise, and Mary Lee Wise. Also, Uncle John Gilbert.

Carmen will be greatly missed by his sons, Armonnie and Jalein of Idabel. Father, Theodis Wise of Idabel, OK. Sister, Shala Hooks of Oklahoma City, OK. Brother, Antwyon Wise of Idabel, OK. Uncles, Herman Wise, Idabel, OK; Alonzo Cooper, Idabel, OK; Aster Cooper, Sr. of Hugo, OK; Robert Butler of Idabel, OK; Gary Butler of Idabel, OK; William Earl of Oklahoma City, OK, and William Cooper Sr. Aunts, Opal Roberts of Idabel, OK; Mary (Jackie) Craft of Kansas City, KS; Ethel (Clarence) Caldwell of Kansas City, MO; Aretha Cole of Oklahoma City, OK; Affie (Charles) Boyles, and Effie Gordon.

Also, Girlfriend, NaNae of Idabel, Oklahoma. Nieces and Nephews, Lashadrejuna Harris, Martiya Hooks, Marquez Hooks, Marlee Hooks and a host of cousins, other relatives, friends and classmates.

The funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 13, 2018 at 1 PM at Springhill Missionary Baptist Church with A.W. Gulley, officiating.

Interment will follow in Williamston Cemetery, Idabel.
