Byron Lynn Wilson was born on November 22, 1980 to Blanton Renaldo Davis and Letty Wilson in Amarillo, Texas. He departed this life on January 14, 2015 in Odessa, Texas.
Byron relocated to Tom, Oklahoma at an early age with his grandmother, Helen Wilson and two brothers, Dewayne and Blanton Wilson. He attended Tom Elementary and Haworth High School. He enjoyed playing basketball and making jokes. Byron attended New Dora Baptist Church until moving back to Amarillo, Texas.
Byron was preceded in death by: two brothers, Renaldo Dewayne Wilson and Charleston Davis
His memory will forever be cherished by: his mother, Letty Wilson; father, Renaldo Davis, both of Amarillo; daughters, Aniyah and Maritza Wilson; two step-sons, Ramon and Ashton Hernandez; very special and long-term girlfriend, Candace Hernandez of Amarillo; four brothers, Blanton Wilson and wife Keedria of Idabel, Oklahoma; Reeny Jefferson and wife Erica of Oklahoma City, Terrance Tinner of Amarillo, and Antin Tinner also of Amarillo; two sisters, Denisha Lucky and Letrice Tinner of Amarillo; grandmother, Helen Wilson of Idabel, Oklahoma; grandfather, Richard Wilson of Amarillo; one very special aunt, Mattie Williams of Broken Bow, Oklahoma; one cousin, whom he considered a big sister, Eva Wilson also of Broken Bow, Oklahoma; along with a host of uncles, aunts, cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
Funeral Arrangements are set for 1 pm Saturday at the Haworth School Auditorium with Brother Milton Glass officiating.
Interment will follow at the Alford French Cemetery Foreman, Arkansas
