Bernice Jordan

Life's journey began for Bernice (Iease) Jordan on March 18th, 1932.  She was born to the late Miller Roy and
Delia Ann Greene Jordan in Ogden, AR.  She went into eternal slumber with the Lord on Wednesday, April 30th,
2025.

At a young age, she accepted Christ and was baptized.  A devoted member of Plainview Baptist Church for
over 60 years, she served faithfully as a secretary, mission worker, and stewardess.  Iease moved to Idabel early in
life, attended school in Arkansas, and worked diligently until retiring from Hill's Nursing Home as a cook and
nutritionist.

She was too funny, Iease could still dance and joke!  Waiting to welcome her to her eternal home:
her parents, grandparents, two angel babies, her son Bobby Joe, grandson, Raishyean; sisters, Mary Alice, Emma
Lee, Alma and Anna Ruth; brothers, DeRoy, Thomas, and Iley; nephews Monroe and Ray Charles.
She leaves to cherish:  Daughters: Faye (Bob) Jefferson-St. Paul, MN, Charlotte Braxton, Idabel, OK, Teresa
McIntosh, Los Angeles, CA, Sharon Jordan-St. Paul, MN; Son: Clifton Rogers, Dallas, TX; 11 Grandchildren, 19
Great Grandchildren, 3 Great-Great Grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, and many loved ones.

Visitation will be held Friday 5:00pm-7:00pm at Nunley Funeral Home.
