Andrea Michelle Grayson entered into this world on November 19, 1963 in Idabel, Oklahoma. She was the fourth child born to the late Deacon Willie Floyd Grayson, Sr. and the late Ruthie Grayson. Her brother, Quincy, and both parents preceded her in death.
She was raised in the Oak Grove community in Idabel. She graduated from Idabel High School in 1981. She earned an Associate Degree in Business Administration from Tarrant County College in Fort Worth, Texas.

Andrea was a faithful and dedicated servant of the Lord. She was member of Olive Branch Baptist Church, Valliant under the pastorship of Rev. Burnis Burrell. She was excited about her Christian journey. In 2016, she added author to her repertoire when she wrote and published, " For Such a Time as This: A Concise Memoir." She was a very giving and nurturing person who adored her children, grandchildren, siblings, nieces and nephews. Family was tremendously important to Andrea. In fact, she believed that family was second only to God.
